8 Days Tour from Casablanca to Desert

Day 1: Casablanca – Marrakech

On the first day of your tour, you will be picked up from your hotel in Casablanca and driven to Marrakech. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to explore the bustling city of Casablanca and visit some of its famous sites, such as the Hassan II Mosque and the Habous district. Once you arrive in Marrakech, you will have time to explore the city’s bustling souks and soak up its bustling atmosphere.

Day 2: Marrakech – Ait Ben haddou

On the second day of your tour, you will leave Marrakech and travel to Ait Ben haddou. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to explore some of Morocco’s stunning landscapes and visit some of its traditional villages. Once you arrive in Ait Benhaddou, you will have time to explore the ancient Kasbah and enjoy its breathtaking views.

Day 3: Ait Ben Haddou – Skaoura – Dades gorges

You will leave for Skoura, an oasis located in the south-east of Morocco. Admire the palm trees and lush gardens that surround the city. You will also visit Kasbah Amridil, a fortress built in the 17th century.
Your trip will continue with a visit to the Dades Gorges, a spectacular site located in the Atlas Mountains. You can admire the steep cliffs and the landscapes that surround the gorges. Night in a hotel near the gorges.

Day 4: Dades gorges – Todra gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga desert

The fourth day of your trip begins with a visit to the Gorges de Dades, a spectacular canyon that stretches over 20 km. You can admire the red cliffs and the spectacular rock formations. Next, you will visit the Todra Gorges, another spectacular canyon that stretches over 300 meters. You can admire the red cliffs and the spectacular rock formations. Next, you will head to Erfoud, a town famous for its marble quarries and windmills. You will also visit the local market and taste local delicacies. Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Tazarine – Zagora

The fifth day of your trip begins with a departure from Merzouga for Rissani. You will visit the weekly market and the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, founder of the Alaouite dynasty. You will then continue to Tazarine, where you will visit the Berber village and its surroundings. Then continue your journey to Zagora, where you will visit the Museum of Berber Arts and Traditions. Finally, you can admire the sunset over the dunes of Zagora before returning to your accommodation for the night.

Day 6: Zagora – Tamgrout – Agdz – Ouarzazate

The sixth day of your trip to Morocco begins with a departure from Zagora for Tamgrout. You will visit the Koranic library and the pottery museum. You can also visit the ceramic workshops. Then you will leave for Agdz, where you will visit the ksar and the local market. Finally, you will arrive in Ouarzazate, where you will visit the Taourirt Kasbah and the Cinema Museum. You can also visit the Atlas studios and film studios. You will spend the night in Ouarzazate.

Day 7: Marrakech guided tour

You will begin with a visit to the Bahia Palace, a former palace built in the 19th century and now home to reception halls, courtyards and gardens. You will continue your visit by the famous souk of Marrakech, where you will be able to discover the local artisanal products and the varied goods. Then visit the Koutoubia, the largest mosque in Marrakech, and the famous Majorelle garden. Finally, you will end your day with a walk through the narrow streets of the medieval quarter of the Medina.

Day 8: Departure

You will take a transfer to Casablanca.
